Remote installation of Point-HD Software (for a previously purchased software License) , onto a new replacement (client-supplied) computer. The remote installation covers up to 2 days (12 hours) maximum time. If the remote computer is not preconfigured correctly or delays result from the remote desktop application not being active at the customer's end, then additional purchases of this service will be required to complete the installation.
